Assembly 2025 was the largest community gathering of B Corps across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand — and an absolute privilege to document.
Assembly 2025 brought together sustainability leads, CEOs, and internal champions for three immersive days rooted in nature, connection, and the kind of honest conversation that actually moves things forward. This wasn't a conference. It was a community coming together with intention, to crack echo chambers, confront a changing climate, and imagine the systems shifts worth living into.
The program featured powerful voices including Tāme Iti — Māori activist, artist, and social worker — and Ruby Rodgers, Future Council member and climate advocate, alongside community-led breakout sessions, fishbowls, and real conversations between people doing genuinely hard work inside their businesses.
Gathered in the breathtaking Glenworth Valley, as the event photographer I was both a quiet observer and right in the midst of the energy.
